S.p.A.R.K.S. 

Performance Training Program

We are excited to announce S.P.A.R.K.S., our new athletic performance program. S.P.A.R.K.S. stands for Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, Kinetics, and Strength. The program is designed for athletes from all sports to improve in those areas.

S.P.A.R.K.S. is launching as a Coed Summer Day Camp, open to athletes ages 7 - 14. Training will be 3 days per week (M/W/F) for 4 hours. Camp begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. For families who want extended care, we offer 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for an added cost.

The S.P.A.R.K.S. Summer Program will go for 8 weeks. However, it is week-to-week. Meaning you do not have to commit to all of them. Of course, the entire 8 weeks will net the greatest results for your young athlete and comes with a discount. We also offer a 20% off sibling discount.

Summer 2025 will take place at Lincoln Middle School field & track in Santa Monica.
